- hibiscus: effective in lowering blood pressure and cholesterol. Rich in antioxidants. Contains vitamins a and c, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. 

- rooibos: contains AHAs, which are excellent for skin health. Rich in antioxidants. Studies show it to be effective in managing blood pressure and blood sugar. Contains several essential minerals, including: copper, potassium, iron, calcium, and magnesium. 

- rose hips: rich in antioxidants. Shown to lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Naturally anti inflammatory. Contains vitamins a, b5, c, and e. 

- milky oats: supports the nervous system and provides mental clarity. Contains vitamins a, b, c, e, k, and essential minerals such as: iron, calcium, magnesium, silica, and zinc. 

- nettle leaf: manages blood sugar and blood pressure. Very nutrient dense. Contains vitamins a, b, c, and k, and essential minerals such as: calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, and potassium. 

- lemon balm: enhances cognitive function. Anti inflammatory. Contains vitamin c and thiamin, and essential minerals such as: calcium, iron, magnesium, and potassium. 

Directions: Add 1 tsp of tea to 8oz of hot water. Cover and Steep for 10-15 minutes. Add honey or choice of sweetener to taste. Tastes great over ice!
